Hi Rumi, It is very unfortunate that you didn't do some research before getting your henna tattoo as there have been many other people that have been put in the same situation as you. Try not to scratch the area or pick it, if it is really painful try putting some ice to take away the pain and soothe itching. You will need to see your doctor who may prescribe you some cream to help it heal, if you have an infection you may have to have some antibiotics prescribed as well. In some cases you may be lucky enough not to scar but in 80% of cases where black henna customers have had an allergic reaction they will find that the tattoo will leave some scarring. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do, watch out for signs of sensitivity as some henna customers will find that they become allergic to many things such as cleaning products, rubber and the sun.
